henze is aware of how sensitive the claims for quality are when advertising is implemented. The quality of the product, both as regards the material content used in the manufacturing process, its functionality and its adherence to the design requirements, is of extreme importance for the customer and his successful marketing as an influencing factor for creating an image.

To this effect, henze goes its own way and defines its own 'henze standards' for a preventive process optimization to accompany the order. Systematic Quality Assurance based on specifications and control, from the sampling and production through to the delivery.

As an importer of promotional items from developing and emerging markets, henze is also well aware of its social/ethical responsibility in this connection. Condemnation and exclusion of child labour and exploitation constitute a basic criterion when deciding on the choice of products and their origin. We shall, of course, be pleased to share our claim to this manner of thinking with our customers. Child labour and exploitation are not compatible with a qualitative, image-promoting decision on the choice of the products … neither for henze nor for our customers.
